Do you design the hardware too, or just the software?

Both. We can take a product from concept through schematic, PCB layout, firmware, and cloud — or work with your existing hardware team on just the firmware and cloud layers. We're flexible on scope.

How do you handle OTA firmware updates for devices already in the field?

We build OTA update infrastructure from day one — not as an afterthought. This includes rollback mechanisms, staged rollouts by device cohort, and cryptographic signing to ensure only verified firmware is accepted.

Can your systems handle hundreds of thousands of devices?

Yes. We design cloud architectures that scale horizontally from day one. Our time-series pipelines are tested to handle millions of events per minute, and device management platforms are built on infrastructure that auto-scales.

How do you approach battery life optimisation?

Power profiling starts at the architecture stage. We implement duty-cycling strategies, select appropriate sleep modes, optimise radio duty cycles, and profile current draw at every hardware lifecycle stage to meet your target battery life.

What certifications do you help with?

We support FCC (Part 15), CE (RED Directive), IC (Canada), and carrier certifications for cellular modules. We also assist with Matter/Thread certification for consumer products and IEC 62443 compliance documentation for industrial deployments.
